The scholarship is intended to assist those students that are currently unemployed, disabled and unable to find suitable employment, must make a career change due to economic or physical issues or must make a career change due to local economic collapse in certain industries. The secondary goal of the scholarship is to assist individuals from outside the mortgage industry by training them and then mentoring them through the process of extraordinary production technologies. Further, as the world is in an economic slump, the company desires to 'give back' to the country that has given so much to us. We are doing this by encouraging and mentoring job production and personal income increase.
Part of the qualification process for the Community Scholarship Fund is an intangible process. This process will be conducted by a Board of experienced industry professionals. The board is looking for extraordinary and well-rounded individuals that will benefit both the company, the program and themselves. Preference is obviously given to those individuals that make a strong presentation, as outlined within this document. A commitment of full time (40 hours per week) dedication to this program for 6 months is required.
