Investors or Entities must meet the following minimum criteria for net worth and income:

$250,000 net worth exclusive of primary residence, home furnishings, and automobiles, and minimum of $65,000 income per year OR $500,000 net worth exclusive of primary residence, home furnishings, and automobiles.

Additionally, not more than 10% of your total net worth may be invested in any single investment.

The following information explains the suitability requirements regarding fiduciary or parent/child accounts:

In the case of sales to fiduciary accounts, the suitability standards shall be met by each beneficiary of the account. Where the fiduciary is the donor of the funds for investment in the program the fiduciary may meet the suitability standards. If the only beneficiaries of the fiduciary account are the donor's ancestors, descendants or spouse, the suitability standards may be met by the donor to the account.
