What else prevents success in the commercial arena? Limited options and unclear expectations. This training program was built to cater to Brokers and those who receive commercial loan requests, but do not have the solid knowledge or expertise to underwrite, source and process them, nor the reputation that allows access to the largest investors. It is VITAL that time is not wasted on poor, fair or even good transactions. Our training program will allow you to identify opportunity where opportunity exists and not to work on illusions.
Debt settlement companies offer a settlement program wherein they negotiate with creditors/collection agencies in order to settle the debt for less than what the business and/or consumer owe. As a Debt Settlement Counselor you will participate in different revenue streams as well as on-going monthly maintenance fees while the consumer remains enrolled in their respective program.
Tax settlement services will be by an invitation only business model that will be made to successful contributors. In order to be considered for this program you must have been enrolled in one of the previous programs for at least six months as well as several other contributing factors.
